Renew your server

At KataBump, we have made it easy to renew your server.

• If you have a paid subscription: Automatic renewal is enabled by default.

• If you have a free subscription: You must renew your service manually.

⚠️ With our free offer, you must renew your offer every 4 days. If you forget, your hosting will be suspended for two days before being permanently deleted.

The time you have to renew your offer depends on its billing cycle.

• 4 days: 2 days before the end, including the due date.

• Weekly: 3 days before the end, including the due date.

• Two weeks: 5 days before the end, including the due date.

• Each month: 7 days before the end of the month, including the due date.

ℹ️ Please note that if automatic renewal is enabled on your server (particularly paid servers), you do not need to worry about the renewal date. Simply leave the necessary amount in your account and the system will automatically deduct the funds to renew your server.

To renew it, go to your dashboard and select your server.
