Something Went Wrong

You open your server on control.katabump.com and get a "Something went wrong" error instead of the console. Your server is fine: you are simply logged in to the control panel with the wrong account.

Why It Happens

Each server is linked to a specific control panel account. If your browser is still logged in with another account, the control panel refuses access to your server and shows this error.

How to Fix It

Log out of control.katabump.com
Go to dashboard.katabump.com
Click on your server
Click "Access server"
Log in to control.katabump.com with the credentials displayed on that page

The error then disappears on its own and you can access your server normally.

Same Credentials for SFTP

The password shown on the dashboard is also the one you use to connect via SFTP. Keep it somewhere safe.
